Who we are

Resilience Intelligence is operated by Phoenix Resilience Limited, registered in England and Wales and with the UK Information Commissioner's Office under registration ZB311077.

What data we collect

We process account, authentication, assessment, report, and limited service usage data to provide and secure the service.

How we use and protect data

Assessment access follows your organisation membership and sharing settings. We use access controls, encryption in transit, secure password hashing and server-side sessions. Anthropic processes relevant assessment Inputs for AI-assisted roadmaps and reports. Inputs are not anonymised by default and may contain personal data. OpenAI processes framework questions, not customer answers, for question deduplication through Replit.

Guest checks and campaign measurement

Guest-check answers stay on your device until you choose to import them into an account. To measure how people find the platform, we associate first-touch campaign details and whether registration followed guest results with your account, while anonymous guest-check counts contain no answers, contact details or IP addresses.

Other records and providers

We record the version and date of Terms acceptance and the accepted version for payments. We may use anonymised and aggregated, non-identifying information for improvement and benchmarking. Relevant billing and legal records may be retained after deletion where required by law. See our Sub-processors page for hosting, database, AI, payment, email and font services. Optional booking links open an external service.

Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection.
