Sub-processors

Replit: hosting, managed PostgreSQL, session storage and the OpenAI gateway. Resend: email delivery, processing names, email addresses and message content. Stripe: payments, billing and tax. Anthropic: direct AI analysis, including customer Inputs that may contain personal data. OpenAI: framework-question deduplication with gpt-5-mini, not customer answers.

Anthropic provides the AI features. Under its Commercial Terms, Anthropic may not train its models on content we send through its API, and it processes that content as our processor under its Data Processing Addendum, which also covers international transfers. Processing may take place outside the UK, including in the United States.

Roadmap and report models are configurable: claude-haiku-4-5, claude-sonnet-4-5 and claude-opus-4-5. Question guidance uses claude-haiku-4-5.

Replit, Resend, Stripe, Anthropic and the OpenAI route process data outside the UK, including the United States. Fantastical by Flexibits is an optional external booking service, not an embedded processor; assessment answers are not automatically sent through its booking link. Campaign measurement uses internal records, not an external analytics provider.
